Richard Soldano is committed to helping individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injuries. Mr. Soldano’s practice involves personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, and premises liability. He is involved in all stages of litigation and works tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive full compensation for their injuries.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Soldano worked in the New York City community assisting immigrants in learning the English language at the New York Language Center in Queens, New York, and helping unemployed New Yorkers gain meaningful employment with Goodwill Industries International in Brooklyn, New York. While working with the community, Mr. Soldano felt that he could use his passion for helping others and dedication to advocating for those in need in a bigger way. This led him to pursue a career in law.
While studying at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Soldano interned with Queens County Supreme Court Judge Diccia Pineda-Kirwan, Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A, and a New York personal injury law firm. These internships allowed him to apply his knowledge of the law in a practical setting and allowed him to continue helping those in need while studying.
After Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Soldano joined a prominent defense law firm where he was able to gain firsthand knowledge and insight as to how defense attorneys litigate personal injury matters. While honing his litigation skills at the defense law firm, Mr. Soldano always felt the urge to devote his time, energy, and practice of law to those who are in need. This drive introduced him to the law firm of Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf. Mr. Soldano joined our law firm in 2019 to focus on helping those who are seriously injured and are in need of an advocate to fight for their justice.
Richard's dedication and empathy have been recognized by his clients. One client shared their experience:"On behalf of our father, Mr. Benjamin Gandl, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the esteemed Mr. Howard S. Hershenhorn, Counselor at Law, and Mr. Richard Soldano, Esq.
We take this opportunity to thank you for the tireless efforts you invested in the best interests of our dear father. Your expertise and devotion toward our father's case are tremendously appreciated by us, his sons and daughters. Even though no amount of money can truly compensate for the loss of our dear mother, Rachel, the funds you obtained for our father have brought a measure of comfort to the entire family.
Thank you again, and may Hashem bless you and yours with good health and happiness. In the merit of your kindness to families like ours in time of need, may Hashem grant you continued hatzlachah and brachah in everything you do.
Happy Purim!
Sincerely"
